Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time)

JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinates and maintains marketing initiatives for the Company by implementing marketing campaigns, maintaining promotional materials inventory, assist in planning meetings and trade shows, develop web content, and overall work to strengthen and promote brand recognition and sales. Assist with building company sales goals and efforts to increase revenue and launch products as needed.  Provide support for the internal and external sales team. This is a part-time position offering a flexible schedule with the potential for full-time employment based on business needs and individual performance.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensure consistent presentation of company image through digital, print, and social media advert by upkeep of the Company’s websites including but not limited to, content updates, additions, search engine optimization, etc.
  • Willingness to learn medical software and adapt quickly.
  • Promotes products or services at conventions, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Assists in preparation for trade shows with activities such as planning pre-show marketing, creating materials, and understanding show requirements.
  • Works to create digital ad content, monitor ads and adjust as needed.
  • Writes press releases and articles for websites and digital releases.
  • Contributes to the maintenance and growth of the Company’s Social Media Account based on market trends and goals of the Company.
  • Helps to manage and develop marketing materials ensuring they are relevant by assessing current inventory and forecasting future supply demands.
  • Assist in the artwork design, creation, and execution of brochures, business cards, advertisements, presentations, coupons, flyers, etc.
  • Works closely with sales to ensure campaign goals are achieved and tracks public responses.
  • Assists with maintaining sales training materials for when new sales representatives join the company.
  • Listens to and works closely with the sales team, enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with the appropriate tools and materials to attract and drive new business.
  • Assists with monitoring bid sites and assists with completion of all Bids, RFP’s and RFI’s.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree program.

  • Preferred Experience: 3-5 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • Valid Driver’s License

Receptionist Administrative Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:
Serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and employees while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional office environment. This role combines traditional receptionist responsibilities with administrative and executive support, including office coordination, travel arrangements, mail processing, and assisting multiple departments with a variety of clerical and operational tasks.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Answers, screens, and directs incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner while serving as a central point of communication for callers, visitors, deliveries, and administrative support functions.
  • Greets visitors, delivery personnel, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location while monitoring building entry and visitor access to ensure a secure and efficient front office environment.
  • Provides administrative support to company leadership, including assisting with day-to-day executive office operations and supporting leadership requests as needed. This includes requests to assist with ordering meals, preparing coffee or tea, or other tasks that enable leadership to operate efficiently.
  • Receives, sorts, logs, scans, and distributes incoming mail, packages, courier deliveries, and other correspondence; coordinates outgoing mail and shipping activities, including postage processing.
  • Assists the Finance, Human Resources, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations departments with clerical, administrative, and special projects.
  • Coordinates domestic and international business travel, including researching travel options, booking flights, hotels, rental vehicles, preparing itineraries, and maintaining travel documentation.
  • Processes and maintains company records, reports, databases, administrative logs, invoices, and other documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinates visitor parking validations and assists with the day-to-day operation of the front office and general office operations, including building maintenance coordination and vendor visits as needed.

Technical Sales Associate

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this hybrid technical and business role, you will bridge the gap between advanced AI solutions and the clinical environments where they make the biggest impact. You will work closely with the Director of Business Development throughout the sales cycle, helping to qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and address customer technical questions to secure new business. This role will also be required to be engaging clients and collaborating with our software development team to ensure our products meet market needs.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

  • Assist in all stages of the sales process, from initial discovery and needs analysis to solution design and post-sale technical support hand-off.

  • Act as a technical resource for prospect and customer meetings for in-depth technical questions about our AI models, APIs, integrations, and deployment options.

  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions—both online and in person—to prospective and existing clients.

  • Develop deep expertise in Argus AI products from both a technical and sales perspective.

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Software Development teams, and Marketing teams to communicate customer feedback and technical requirements.

  • Travel domestically and internationally to support business development, sales, and customer engagement.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Option 1: Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science (AI specialization), or Biomedical Informatics

  • Option 2: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering PLUS an MBA in Marketing or Business Development

  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, AI models, and data science workflows

  • Strong technical aptitude, proficiency with cloud platforms like Oracle, AWS/Azure, programming languages like Python/JavaScript, databases, APIs, etc.

  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated passion for innovation in healthcare

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide superior service and remote support to all our clients with the EndoVault® program and its ancillary tools and other duties as assigned.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Answer phone calls and create tickets based on support requests

  • Send messages through ERP to staff and clients

  • Communicate with team members via MS Teams

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • Must have basic working knowledge of SQL; understanding of a database structure and how to execute simple statements.

  • Experience with EHR, EMR, or practice management software a plus.

  • Experience providing software support a plus.

PAY: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
