Shipping & Receiving Clerk

JOB SUMMARY:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will assist in vendor and customer relations. As well as, help coordinate
incoming and outgoing shipment activities.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES*:

Verify all incoming and outgoing shipments.

Receive shipments in ERP System.

Handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.

Directs salvage of damaged or used material.

Maintains warehouse in neat and orderly manner.

Assists with government packaging requirements.

Confers with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities, such as, sales, records control and purchasing.

Researches OSHA regulations & hazardous materials regulations

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This job operates in a clerical office setting, as well as in a warehouse setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, tape dispensers, forklifts and pallet jacks. The physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job are as follows:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

• The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

POSITION TYPE/ EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Generally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

TRAVEL:
Up to 10% travel a year for training seminars or locally during the business day.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of ERP systems with Sage 100 experience a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Experience using Fed-Ex software a plus.

• Experience using forklift and pallet jack.

Application Support Technician

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide superior service and remote support to all our clients with the EndoVault® program and its ancillary tools and other duties as assigned.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Answer phone calls and create tickets based on support requests

• Document & close tickets

• Send messages through ERP to staff and clients

• Communicate with team members via MS Teams

• Install ENR & construct ENR reports

• Install, troubleshoot, & correct GRS reports

• Understand the basics of Argus®

• Identify message locations for interfaces

• Stop & start interface services as needed

• Identify where interfaces have failed

• Identify logs from interfaces and be able to read them

• In-house IT support, including making cables, as needed

• Site maintenance on client accounts in system information in ERP

• Site visits

• Build new client systems prior to sending to clients

• Install SQL Server, Native Client, SMSS, & Express

• Install EndoVault®

• Run queries as needed for troubleshooting

• Install and configure local databases

• Add user(s) to EndoVault® and update credentials

• Resend images as needed in EndoVault®

• Update picklists in EndoVault®

• Regenerate reports in EndoVault®

• Configure camera setup in EndoVault®

• Unlock procedures

• Modify procedure reports in EndoVault®

• Configure reports/build queries

• Ability to train clients on EndoVault®

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment.

• The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; and crouch or crawl.

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

POSITION TYPE/ EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time non-exempt position. With shift availabilities during Monday through Friday of 7:00AM to 3:30PM, 8:30AM to 5:00PM, or 9:30AM to 6:00PM. The shifts will be assigned by the manager of your department.

TRAVEL:

Up to 30% travel required domestic and international to customer sites for installation, upgrades, implementations, and training.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Must have basic working knowledge of SQL; understanding of a database structure and how to execute simple statements.

• Experience with EHR, EMR, or practice management software a plus.

• Experience providing software support a plus.

PAY: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
