For isocratic determinations of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and linear polysaccharides in a variety of matrices, use the rugged a, c dionexa, c carbopaca, c pa1 analytical & guard columns. This specialized anion-exchange column, combined with pulsed amperometric detection (pad), delivers high-resolution separations. The unique a, c dionexa, c microbeada, c pellicular structure of the dionex carbopac pa1 resin gives it stability from ph 0-14 at all concentrations of buffer salts. The pellicular resin structure provides excellent mass transfer resulting in fast gradient re-equilibration.
