The pet expression system 28 contains 10μg each of the four versions of pet-28 (pet-28a-c( )). The pet-28a-c( ) vectors carry an n-terminal his·tag™/thrombin/t7·tag™ configuration plus an optional c-terminal his·tag sequence.
