Recombinant, mouse secreted frizzled related protein 3 (sfrp-3) consisting of amino acids ala 33-ser323, fused at the n-terminus to a his·tag™ sequence and expressed in nso-derived mouse myeloma cells. Sfrp-3 is a soluble antagonist of wnt signaling. It prohibits interactions with frizzled receptors by binding directly to wnt proteins.
