These calibration kits are used to maintain your viia™ 7 system with 384-well block. They include calibration plates to perform a spectral calibration with fam™, vic™, rox™, sybr™ green, tamra™, ned™ dyes, plates to perform region-of-interest (roi) calibration, normalization calibration, and to run an rnase p verification.
