These 96-well plates are pre-configured with the most appropriate taqman™ gene expression assays for a specific biological process, pathway, or disease state. Each plate contains predefined assays and endogenous controls dried-down in the wells, ready for accurate assessment of an entire gene signature in one simple experiment. The panel of assays in the taqman™ array 96-well human hypoxia plate targets genes in the hif (hypoxia inducible factor) family. On the panel are the genes vhl, cul2, and rbx1 (ring-box 1) that complex with additional genes for a role in the ubiquitylation of hif1a. Other hypoxia response related genes fall in to the following target classes: transcription factors, immune and stress response, signal transduction, apoptosis, oxidoreductases, proteases, and protein metabolism.
